 Is the Cinch available for the EU portal?
 No.  DubLi-Connect does not yet support the Cinch for the EU portal.  We are working on it and hope to release it shortly.
 How long should it take to receive a response to my Support Ticket?
 You will usually receive a response within 24-48 hours.  If you don't receive a response by then, please submit another ticket.
 Why doesn't Message History show the emails I've sent out?
 Message History is Cinch Messaging history, not email message history.  To view the emails you've sent, please look in the Activity History of the person you sent it to.
