Can BSP Rewards design a targeted marketing email to specific countries with special offers (maybe more Cash Back for example)?

Because all of our merchants come through the affiliate networks, the merchants themselves would have to provide a commission offer through the affiliate network in order for BSP to offer additional Cash Back. We do not send exclusive emails by country, only by region and/or language depending on how the customer registers with BSP.
